What we do

Development solutions, end to end

Discovery, architecture, build, integration and support. One senior engineering team accountable from the first technical decision to the uptime report.

Custom Software

Bespoke applications built around how your business actually works - not a template you have to bend your processes to fit.

01 / Software

Application Development

Portals, dashboards and internal tooling - authenticated, database-backed and shipped with tests, docs and a real deployment pipeline.

02 / Apps

Product Engineering

Cross-platform mobile and web clients sharing one API and one design system, so features ship everywhere at once.

03 / Product

APIs & Integration

CRMs, ERPs, payment providers and legacy systems connected through documented APIs, event streams and reliable background jobs.

04 / Integrate

Cloud & DevOps

Containerised infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code and automated pipelines - reproducible environments with monitoring and rollback built in.

05 / Cloud

Data & Modernisation

Schema design, migrations and performance work - including rescuing and extending systems somebody else left behind.

Our approach

Engineered to stay maintainable

Plenty of software is handed over with nobody able to run or change it. We do the opposite: reviewed code, automated tests, real documentation and a stack your own engineers can pick up without calling us first.

Tested, not hope-driven

Automated test suites and CI pipelines gate every change, so releases are routine events rather than risky ones.

Secure and auditable

Least-privilege access, encrypted secrets, dependency scanning and an audit trail designed in from the start.

No vendor lock-in

You own the source, the infrastructure and the data. Standard tooling throughout - if you ever leave, everything comes with you.

How it works

From problem to production in four clear stages

Fixed scope, fixed price, and a delivery date you can plan a business around.

Start a project
01

Discovery & Architecture

We map your workflows and constraints, then agree the data model, integrations and technical approach before any code is written.

02

Design & Prototype

Interface prototypes alongside a walking-skeleton build, so you see and click real behaviour early instead of waiting for a big reveal.

03

Build & Integrate

Iterative delivery in two-week cycles with tests, code review and CI/CD from day one - plus the third-party systems it has to talk to.

04

Operate & Evolve

Monitoring, alerting and on-call support, with a roadmap for the next features and a documented handover whenever you want it.

Testimonials

What clients say

“They took over a codebase two agencies had walked away from, stabilised it and shipped the features we'd been waiting a year for. Tests and docs included.”

MD
Michel DarkOperations Director

“Scheduling used to run through the phone and a paper diary. The system they built cut our admin time by more than half, and it integrates with the clinical records.”

KM
Kevin MartinPractice Manager

“Our own developers inherited the codebase without a single handover call. That never happens with an agency. Architecture docs and runbooks were excellent.”

Question & answer

Common questions, straight answers

The questions we get asked before every build. If yours isn't here, just ask.

How long does a software project take?
A focused application or integration typically reaches production in six to twelve weeks. A larger platform with multiple modules usually runs three to six months, and we deliver iteratively throughout - you get working software every two weeks rather than a single handover at the end. You receive a dated schedule with the proposal, and the first milestone is usually a fortnight away.
How do you price development work?
Discovery and architecture are charged as a fixed fee so you get a real technical plan before committing to the build. The delivery phase is then either fixed price per milestone or a monthly rate for ongoing work, whichever suits your budget cycle. No open-ended hourly billing - the number in the contract is the number you pay.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes, and it's a large part of what we do. We start with a technical audit covering architecture, test coverage, dependencies and security, then give you an honest assessment: what's worth keeping, what needs replacing and what it will cost. You get that in writing before any remedial work begins.
Do we need our own technical team?
No. We can own the system end to end, from architecture through to on-call support. Many clients do have in-house developers, and in that case we work alongside them in your repository and follow your review process - pairing, reviewing and documenting so ownership transfers cleanly whenever you want it.
Who owns the code, and what happens after launch?
You own everything: the source code, the infrastructure accounts, the data and the documentation. After launch we can hand over completely, or stay on for monitoring, maintenance and new features under a support agreement. Either way you're never locked in - we build on standard, widely understood tooling.
How do you handle security and compliance?
Least-privilege access, encrypted secrets, dependency and container scanning, and full audit logging are part of the default build - not add-ons. We've delivered systems in regulated sectors including healthcare and finance, and we'll tell you upfront if a requirement is outside what we can support.
